13 week mentorship programme starting 1st September 2011 in Birmingham. Initial £20k loan for 6% equity stake, which once repaid (after additional funding, profit etc) is recycled back in to the programme.

Kick Start 2011

Seed investment of up to £30k. Supported by UK University entrepreneurial societies and based out of Oxford. 

"Funding offers will depend on the start-up’s particular circumstances, but will typically involve taking a minority stake in a company’s equity in return for an investment and just as importantly the help, advice and support that will be provided."

Springboard, Cambridge, UK

Springboard is "a 13 week bootcamp accelerator programme based in ideaSpace within Cambridge University. Funded by a syndicate of angel investors that includes NESTA, it will be managed by Jon Bradford, the founder of The Difference Engine." Over 50 mentors are signed up, consisting of a mix of  entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, and applications for the Spring 2011 intake are now open.

£5,000 investment per founder (up to 3), for 6% of your company.
